Hazard Hero prize draw terms and conditions

1. The Hazard Hero prize draw (Prize Draw) is run by Co-Pilot Group Limited (the Promoter).
2. Employees and the immediate family of the Promoter and of Co-Pilot member organisations (Member Organisations) may not enter.
3. The Prize Draw runs from 10 December 2024 until further notice (Prize Draw Period).
4. To enter, play Hazard Hero through the online entry mechanism at hazardhero.co.uk and complete the game.
5. Entrants must be 16 or over on the date of entry.
6. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. The Promoter is not liable for any failure to receive entries.
7. To be eligible to win, the entrant must live within the area of a Member Organisation, and proof may be required. Hazard Hero checks your postcode when you sign up and only lets you play if you live in a member area. A list of Member Organisations and the areas they cover is available on request from james@co-pilot.org.
8. On the first day of each month in the Prize Draw Period, the eligible entrant with the highest score from the previous month wins a £100 Amazon gift card.
9. The prize is non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
10. Winners will be notified by email and prizes delivered electronically.
11. The winner has 7 days to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed in that time, the next highest-scoring eligible entrant will be selected under clause 8.
12. By entering, entrants agree to these terms. Entrants who tick the box to hear from us agree to be contacted by the Promoter about Hazard Hero and other relevant road safety topics, and can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by emailing james@co-pilot.org.
13. The Promoter will never pass your data on to third parties. Member Organisations receive anonymous, area-level statistics only.
14. By entering, winners agree to their first name and general location being used for publicity.
15. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries, including any attempt to tamper with scores, will be disqualified.
16. The Promoter may cancel or amend the Prize Draw at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted at hazardhero.co.uk.
17. In the event of any dispute, the Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting any prize, or for any error, interruption, defect or delay in operation, including any caused by server failures, viruses or bugs.
19. For further information, contact the Promoter at james@co-pilot.org.
